📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-staff positions.
• Partner with the team to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels: job boards, social media, networking, referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate trial days.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support store growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; English; German a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proactive and resourceful candidate sourcing.
• Passion for people and talent; detail-oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills.
