- 2+ years recruiting for technical roles (software, product, data).
- Proven track record managing 8-12+ requisitions across functions.
- Experience with PE/VC-backed or founder-led companies (100-500 employees).
- Ability read code/portfolios and conduct technical screens.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools (SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter).
