  • 3+ years Talent Acquisition in fast-paced growth environments (ideally performance marketing)
  • Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Marketing Ops
  • Create sourcing plans by role, level, and location using databases, Boolean searches, networking
  • Proficiency with ATS; Ashby/Juicebox experience a plus
  • Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets
  • Strong track record filling high-volume roles from entry to senior
