- 3+ years Talent Acquisition in fast-paced growth environments (ideally performance marketing)
- Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Marketing Ops
- Create sourcing plans by role, level, and location using databases, Boolean searches, networking
- Proficiency with ATS; Ashby/Juicebox experience a plus
- Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets
- Strong track record filling high-volume roles from entry to senior
