🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably remote
- End-to-end ownership: intake, sourcing, screening, offers, closing
- Sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound techniques
- Hands-on with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Comfortable with AI-assisted recruiting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and leaders
