- Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates across high-volume roles
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and balancing service with delivery
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS or HRIS tools to manage recruiting workflows
