📋 Description

• Lead high-volume hiring for operations roles.
• Partner with managers to shape recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing to closing.
• Handle multiple pipelines (10–15+ roles).
• Improve job posts, rubrics, and plans.
• Build scalable, inclusive recruiting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for operations (CX, Trust & Safety, Fraud) preferred.
• Proven full-stack recruiter; end-to-end ownership.
• Comfortable with high volumes and multiple roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship skills.
• Data-driven; measure pipeline health and set expectations.
