🎯 Requirements

- 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects and prioritise talent flow under competing demands
- Strategic/analytical mindset with metrics reporting and planning
- Bonus: Greenhouse ATS; SaaS/Cloud experience
