🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in full-lifecycle recruiting (in-house or agency)
  • A sourcing master in identifying where top talent lives
  • Autonomous and able to work independently on multiple positions
  • Excellent at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing candidates
  • S sense of urgency in all stages of recruiting
  • Able to navigate an ever-changing process
