🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership, customer service focus, self-motivation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong experience not required
- Agency recruitment experience desired
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting strongly desired
- Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
