🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years in Healthcare Information Technology recruiting, staffing, sales, or a metrics-driven environment
- Experience in IT and technology recruiting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills
- Creative, resourceful, and outside-the-box thinkers
- Career-oriented with a desire for growth and advancement
