• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting at high-growth in-house teams.
• Proven track record hiring GTM roles.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
• Adaptive, fast-paced, with hands-on execution.
• Continuous improvement mindset for global hiring.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong employment branding and candidate evaluation.
