🎯 Requirements

2+ years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience using an ATS; Greenhouse preferred
Excellent phone presence; able to qualify all levels from grads to senior managers
Experience juggling multiple searches across orgs
Team-oriented, collaborative
Ability to fail fast and learn
Self-motivated
