🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–8+ years of recruiting or HR with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence relationships
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse)
