π― Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5β8+ years of recruiting or HR with full lifecycle recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence relationships
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse)
