🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Track record running requisitions end-to-end in fast-paced environments
- Experience recruiting for multiple functions (Operations, Technical, Design)
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Experience tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics
