📋 Description

• Partner with Eng hiring managers to build targeted early-career hiring strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: interviews, offers, intern programs.
• Iterate on candidate feedback to improve early-talent processes.
• Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
• Manage 10-20 open roles across pipelines.
• Emphasize diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle early career recruiting in startups/university settings.
• Experience hiring Early Talent across technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in global markets outside the US.
• Creative problem solver; able to think outside the box and experiment.
• Data-literate; tracks metrics and uses data to guide strategy.
• Must reside within commuting distance to NYC/LA/Seattle/SF hubs.
