📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles
• Develop understanding of talent landscape and source high-caliber candidates
• Conduct initial screens and coordinate interviews
• Partner with leaders to refine requirements and ideal profiles
• Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy

🎯 Requirements

• Startup operating experience (3+ years) - people or business ops preferred
• Drive to learn and become a talent market expert
• Analytical mindset
• Experience in fast-paced environments where you've had to figure things out
• Comfort picking up new recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
