12-month fixed-term contract with the DASH team.
Partner with senior leaders to hit headcount goals.
Initiate creative, scalable changes to recruiting strategy.
Track metrics and report hiring progress to leadership.
Develop sourcing plans for diverse candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal on candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments (in-house preferred).
Experience recruiting across multiple orgs, skill sets, and geographies.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proven ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines.
Data-driven approach to problem solving; use insights to improve efficiency.
Passion for building teams and candidate experience.
Growth mindset and flexible; able to shift tasks when priorities change.
Comfort working in cross-functional, fluid environment with quick learning.
