  • 12-month fixed-term contract with the DASH team.
  • Partner with senior leaders to hit headcount goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments (in-house preferred).
  • Experience recruiting across multiple orgs, skill sets, and geographies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proven ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines.
  • Data-driven approach to problem solving; use insights to improve efficiency.
  • Passion for building teams and candidate experience.
  • Growth mindset and flexible; able to shift tasks when priorities change.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional, fluid environment with quick learning.
