- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines.
- Data-driven approach to problem solving; use insights to improve efficiency.
- Passion for building teams and candidate experience.
- Growth mindset and flexible; able to shift tasks when priorities change.
- Comfort working in cross-functional, fluid environment with quick learning.
