🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments (in-house)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple orgs, skill sets, and geographies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional and friendly
- Proven ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines
- Data-driven problem solving; use insights to improve processes
- A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
- Growth mindset and flexibility; shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
- Cross-functional, fast learner; adaptable and collaborative
