📋 Description

• Recruit candidates via cold calling, networking, ads, job fairs, and colleges.
• Maintain HR system and keep candidate data up to date.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit top talent.
• Train managers and executives on networking and recruiting.
• Assist with HR tech selection, corporate training and employee development.
• Update HR policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years recruiting experience with a strong track record.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred.
• At least one year freelance/contract experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Good computer skills.
