Recruiter (Contract Role)

📋 Description

• Recruit candidates via cold calls, networking, ads, job fairs, and campuses.
• Screen candidates in the HR system and keep data up to date daily.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit top talent.
• Train managers and executives on networking and recruiting best practices.
• Assist with HR tech selection, corporate training and employee development.
• Update HR policy as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years recruiting with a solid performance track record.
• Strong preference for agency plus in-house recruitment experience.
• At least one year freelance or contract experience.
• Avg 20-30 hours per week; hours vary and are not guaranteed.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Good computer skills.
