📋 Description

• Part-time contract Recruiter, remote role.
• Source and screen candidates via multi-channel outreach.
• Manage outside agencies; assist HR training and employee development.
• Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline across departments.
• Train managers on networking and recruiting best practices.
• Assist with evaluating HR technology and policy updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years recruiting experience with proven results.
• Mix of agency and in-house recruiting preferred.
• At least 1 year freelance/contract experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Good computer skills.
• Hours typically 20-30 hours per week; not guaranteed.
