🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record.
Preference for agency and in-house recruiting experience.
At least one year of freelance/contract recruiting experience.
20–30 hours per week on average; hours may fluctuate.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Good computer skills.
