Recruiter (Contract Role)

📋 Description

• Recruit candidates through cold calling, networking, ads, and job fairs.
• Screen candidates in HR system; keep data up to date.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit top talent.
• Train managers and executives on networking and recruiting.
• Assist in HR technology selection and corporate training.
• Update HR policy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years recruiting experience with a strong track record.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred.
• At least 1 year freelance/contract experience.
• Hours approximately 20–30 per week; not guaranteed.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good computer skills.
