🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record
- Agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred
- At least 1 year freelance/contract experience
- 20–30 hours per week on average; hours vary
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good computer skills
