Assist with HR tech selection, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
Update HR policies as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
Mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred.
At least one year freelance/contract experience preferred.
Position expected to average 20–30 hours per week; hours may fluctuate.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Good computer skills.
