Recruiter (Contract Role)

📋 Description

• Recruit high-quality talent using cold calls, networking, ads, job fairs.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and keep candidate data up to date.
• Hire and manage search firms; collaborate with managers and executives.
• Train leaders on networking and recruitment to improve talent pipelines.
• Assist in HR tech selection, corporate training, and compensation planning.
• Assist updating HR policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Strong preference for agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• At least one year freelance or contract experience.
• Part-time role averages 20–30 hours per week; hours vary.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good computer skills.
