Recruiter (Contract Role)

📋 Description

• Recruit high-quality talent through multiple channels.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline for all departments.
• Manage outside agencies and recruitment partners.
• Train managers on networking and recruiting.
• Assist HR tech selection, training, and development.
• Update HR policies as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years recruiting experience with a strong track record.
• Mix of agency and in-house recruiting preferred.
• At least 1 year freelance/contract experience.
• Average 20–30 hours per week.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Good computer skills.
