Recruiter (Contract Role)

📋 Description

• Recruit candidates via networking, resumes, cold calling, and ads.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline to support growth.
• Manage outside agencies and search firms.
• Train managers on networking and recruiting.
• Assist in HR tech selection, training, and development.
• Assist with updating HR policy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting with a solid track record.
• Experience with both agency and in-house recruiting preferred.
• At least 1 year freelance/contract recruiting experience.
• Expected 20–30 hours/week; hours vary.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Good computer skills.
