Train managers on networking for and recruiting top talent.
Assist in HR tech selection, corporate training, and compensation planning.
Assist with updating HR policy.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of recruiting experience with a strong track record.
Prefer mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
Prefer freelance or contract experience, at least 1 year.
This position averages 20–30 hours per week; hours may fluctuate.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Good computer skills.
