🎯 Requirements

3–5 years recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
Preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house recruiting.
At least one year freelance or contract experience.
Role averages 20–30 hours per week; hours may fluctuate.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Good computer skills.
