🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record.
Strong preference for agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
At least one year freelance/contract recruiting experience.
Average 20–30 hours per week; hours fluctuate.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Good computer skills.
