Recruiter (Contract Role)

📋 Description

• Recruit high-quality candidates remotely using multiple channels.
• Maintain a continuous candidate pipeline across all departments.
• Hire and manage external search firms as needed.
• Train managers on networking and recruitment best practices.
• Assist with HR tech selection, training, and employee development.
• Support updating HR policy as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record.
• Mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
• At least one year of freelance or contract recruiting experience.
• Expected 20-30 hours per week; hours may fluctuate.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Good computer skills.
