- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record.
- Mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
- At least one year of freelance or contract recruiting experience.
- Expected 20-30 hours per week; hours may fluctuate.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Good computer skills.
