🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record.
Prefer agency and in-house recruiting experience.
At least 1 year freelance/contract recruiting experience preferred.
Hours average 20-30 per week; may fluctuate.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Good computer skills.
