🎯 Requirements

Proven success recruiting GTM roles (sales, marketing, CS).
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (crypto a plus).
Strong sourcing and networking; engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Proficiency with ATS and tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).
