🎯 Requirements

4+ years of recruiting experience with depth in at least one domain.
Experience in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, or similar).
High ownership and accountability; you take responsibility for outcomes.
Operational excellence; run disciplined searches and coach hiring managers.
Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
Confidence working with sensitive roles and high-integrity functions.
