Identify and build relationships with target candidates; manage high volume of applications.
Leverage competitive intel to identify areas for improvement and update campus strategy yearly.
Lead the Summer Internship program with the Talent teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
2-4 years campus recruiting in professional services.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Flexible, self-starter; multi-task and detail-oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS.
Remote role with occasional travel; Chicago-based.
