π― Requirements
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a startup/fast-moving environment
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, ML, data, platform) and across GTM
- Strong sourcing skills with track record of unique tactics to engage passive talent
- Clear communication and strong hiring manager partnership
- Data-driven mindset; think in funnels, metrics, process optimization
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
