  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a startup/fast-moving environment
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, ML, data, platform) and across GTM
  • Strong sourcing skills with track record of unique tactics to engage passive talent
  • Clear communication and strong hiring manager partnership
  • Data-driven mindset; think in funnels, metrics, process optimization
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
