Own the full-cycle recruiting process, delivering a positive candidate experience
Partner with Hiring Managers to develop profiles and understand needs
Create and execute sourcing strategies across channels for active and passive candidates
Track and analyze recruiting metrics and report to leadership regularly

🎯 Requirements

5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth tech company; startup exp preferred
Expertise in recruiting, outbound sourcing, and closing across technical and business roles
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
Strong English and Japanese written and verbal communication
Experience with Ashby ATS (nice to have)
