- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth tech company; startup exp preferred
- Expertise in recruiting, outbound sourcing, and closing across technical and business roles
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
- Strong English and Japanese written and verbal communication
- Experience with Ashby ATS (nice to have)
