  • Experience with intern/college recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment trends and talent data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
  • HS Diploma or GED required; BA degree preferred.
