๐ฏ Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions and strategy
- Prior experience sourcing talent at a start-up or agency with a preference for technical sourcing experience
- Experience with supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the recruiting process
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships, including collaborating with leaders, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress
- Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools
