• Work with a motivated team of Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Partner with teams to understand objectives and drive hiring plans.
• Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Source and identify active and passive candidates to build pipelines.
• Manage candidates end-to-end and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech startups.
• Sourcing experience with a track record for closing junior to senior roles.
• Experience across roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT and Service Delivery.
• Experience in Canada & US markets.
• Partners with Hiring Managers to understand business needs.
• Connect candidates with the right opportunity at AppDirect.
