- Bilingual Japanese and English with APJ hiring experience
- Proven GTM stakeholder management (Senior Manager–VP)
- Full-cycle recruiting across APAC: Japan, ANZ, SEA, Singapore, China, RoA; AEs and pre-sales engineers
- Global operating capability across multiple time zones
- Data analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions
- Represent Twilio’s employer brand
