📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future needs
• Conduct candidate assessments to ensure role fit and values
• Provide hiring market insights and best practices to managers
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication
• Track recruiting activity and outcomes to improve effectiveness

This role will require consistent on-site presence at our office in Santa Clara / San Jose, with an expectation of 4 days per week in office.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in agency, startup, and/or in-house environment
• Demonstrated success hiring across a variety of roles and functions
• Strong ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess talent and align candidates to business needs
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
