  • Strong interviewing skills with techniques to assess fit, motivation, and competencies
  • Ability to analyze market trends, metrics, and leverage data for forecasting
  • Proficient negotiation and organizational skills; ability to influence stakeholders
  • Advanced English and Fluent Ukrainian
