- 4+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting tech and non-tech talent
- Proven experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social networks)
- Strong interviewing skills with techniques to assess fit, motivation, and competencies
- Ability to analyze market trends, metrics, and leverage data for forecasting
- Proficient negotiation and organizational skills; ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced English and Fluent Ukrainian
