- Proven track record recruiting internationally across EMEA and APAC (Germany, UK, Singapore, Israel).
- Expert knowledge of Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI for sourcing.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to multi-currency offer negotiations.
- Master high-volume workloads and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Take ownership of the selection process using feedback and data to deliver high-quality results.
