π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience, with 2-3 years in recruiting in professional services
- Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
