Proactively source candidates via cold outreach, databases, social media, referrals, and events.
Facilitate offer decisions by balancing input from stakeholders and building alignment.
Support ongoing improvement of recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Serve as a subject-matter expert in talent acquisition, including sourcing and screening.
Build collaborative relationships across the firm to support organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5 years of experience, with 2-3 years in recruiting in professional services
Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
