📋 Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM and GA roles, from intake to closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes and interview plans.

  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM and GA roles in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven outbound sourcing plan ability in competitive markets.
  • Thoughtful use of AI and automation to improve sourcing and candidate experience.
  • Strong partnership with hiring managers, including intake, calibration, and expectations.
  • Data-driven with funnel and pipeline metrics guiding decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in parallel while staying organized.
