🎯 Requirements
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM and GA roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven outbound sourcing plan ability in competitive markets.
- Thoughtful use of AI and automation to improve sourcing and candidate experience.
- Strong partnership with hiring managers, including intake, calibration, and expectations.
- Data-driven with funnel and pipeline metrics guiding decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple searches in parallel while staying organized.
