🎯 Requirements

7+ years in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, EMEA-focused environment
Understanding of SaaS and scaling tech landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audience
Passion for engaging top talent and communicating opportunities
Sourcing, talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement strategy
German language fluency (native or fluent)
