- 5-7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in high-volume general admin roles.
- Experience supporting Global Operations including customer support roles.
- Track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
