  • Partner with client groups to identify staffing needs and build staffing strategies.
  • Source candidates from ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, events, referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for motivators, experience, and fit.
  • Drive interview process, references, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and prospective candidates.
  • Manage recruitment reporting to drive metrics and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in recruitment, preferably software/tech
  • End-to-end recruitment process knowledge
  • Build rapport quickly and credibility with stakeholders
  • Experience across geographies and managing relationships with leaders
  • Proven experience assessing, qualifying, interviewing and screening candidates (tech and non-tech)
  • Strong sourcing using various tools and search strings
