- 5+ years in recruitment, preferably software/tech
- End-to-end recruitment process knowledge
- Build rapport quickly and credibility with stakeholders
- Experience across geographies and managing relationships with leaders
- Proven experience assessing, qualifying, interviewing and screening candidates (tech and non-tech)
- Strong sourcing using various tools and search strings
